One thing that separates Houston Post Tension from the competition is the level of customer service. HPT believes in the "customer comes first" policy and carries it out on all orders. We are here to work for you, which means getting all the orders to the jobsite in no more than 48 hours from the order time and making sure all slabs are stressed 7-10 days after the pour date. Our phone is answered 24 hours a day, so if you should have any questions, problems or concerns they will be addressed as soon as possible.

Most of our office staff has been with Houston Post Tension since inception and many have worked in the post tension industry for several years before coming to work with HPT. Our combined experience is over 100 years in the post tension industry. Most of our shop and field personnel have been with us for 10 to 12 years. This has allowed us to supply them with enough training to help the customer with all their foundation needs, ranging from installation of material and stressing of cables to repairs if needed. This experience allows the customer to achieve perfection with their foundations in a timely manner.

Our manufacturing facilities are certified by the Post-Tensioning Institute and this enables HPT to keep up with the latest changes in the post tension industry. Our factory is inspected twice yearly by the Post-Tensioning Institute to certify that all HPT materials and facilities meet their specifications.
